I appreciated the hotel, received very good service.

Everything was very good, responsive staff, handy location near to the shopping street as well as the center. Location in the heart of the city was a plus. Found a place called Sabor Ita, set not very far from the hotel, ate there a few times.

Everything was good, the staff were very very nice. Marvellous and fantastic location vERY close to the bus stop that take you to-and-from the airport was a plus. We spent evenings at Es Baret, situated 300 metres from the hotel.

The location is marvellous, liked to be near some leisure places, we've visited bars and restaurants. It's relatively close to Telepizza, spent evening there.

It is a nice and charming property located in Old Town district near the wider centre of Palma and many restaurants, bars and cafés. The rooms are impressive and wonderful, with climate control and a storage space. We have to thank absolutely amazing staff for a fabulous stay. Offers fantastic service and decent food.

Clean hotel, and the staff were absolutely amazing and fantastic, location was awesome in the bistro out front. I appreciated the room in a safe, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was decent. No complaint, the property met the criteria.
